!! Happy Deepawali !!

Deewali... a Festival of Light !!!

It is the only festival in India where you really get in festive moods with so many holidays around.
Most of the people return to their homes through already planned vacations. Its a good time when everybody is back to home and having all the masti in the world.
Remembering Good Old Days, reuniting with school mates/college mates is always something I look forward to.
It specially hold true for people like me who left the home/hometown in search of a bigger dreams and moved elsewhere :)

Now even, people living outside India, some of my class mates, celebrate Deewali there, with may be not as full with crackers as it is celebrated here, but still they have the celebration, meet with friends/familys and enjoy the days.

Its not just Deewali, but even Ramjaan also coincides each year around Deewali. So its festive mood for all !!
New cloths, sweets, meeting relatives/frends... is what makes it an exciting festival.

It also bring back all those feary childhood memories when we used to fear of all the crackers and then how we dared to light them up, run away !!
Also, how we had so much fun, directing rockets to irritating people around us. All is so nostalgic :(

anyways, I will wind up here than going on and on :)

I wish you and your family, a very very happy and prosporous deewali !!
Wish that this Festival of Light, lights up ur lives too !!!

N'joy Maadi !!

Note: Remember, this is the festival of light and not noise :)

Blogs Blocked in India !!

Yes, Indian govt. has passed the directive to instruct all the ISPs to block the Blogspot.com
and some similar sites...
Govt. is suspicious over these free journals are being used by terrorist and for all tht matter... they blocked it :))
Wish.. someday, they will come up with the solution of blocking mails/phones/and damm every communication medium !!
Such a nice solution, no??
No need of having a Intelligence Beureu to work... just stop the communication in the country and every terror attack can be prevented !!

Hats off to Govt... Indian Govt !!

Random Updates..

Finally, I m bizzi with work for some time.
In spite of this, there is a huge respite in meeting with almost all my frends on weekends and partying with them.

I enjoyed the football matches like never before... food and drinks and matches... made all d time so special :)))
Zindane's moemnt of madness also made me mad... and I was about to cry for that :((

Made it a point to meet all closed pals in Bangie once a week... as lifes so fast dat no idea when the good old times will come back :))
Finally, feels gr8 to have my time for myself, lately. Those who care for me and been with me for ages now... are happy again to see me back with them.
FRIENDS, the only invaluable treasure I have earned in my life, again are part of the life!!

Watched corporate, a good movie, must watch for all of u :)))

Been to temple and spent my entire evening there, feels so good, renergised and again back to fight with life !!!

Mumbai Blast made me feel that lifes can't be taken for granted and no place is safe in d world now :))
But, the life and show must go on untill it comes to an end !!!
Being working in one of the "soft Targets"(ITPL) for Terrrorist in bangalore make me feel insecure :((

Last week, in Garuda Mall, some Kannada activist vandalised Radio City's show for Radio is airing too much of English or Hinglish.. or whtever except Kannada. A mob of 10-15 comes in and takes on everything, breaks/pulls down/throws all the things at the stage/platform of Radio City. Nobody from among the 500 mute/helpless spectators and securities came forward to stop this. Life in no way is secure...
Destruction is so easy than Creation....

No update on music front, as no new good albums and my treasure of songs is also kinda dried up now :))

Just a while ago, won a T-shirt in Radio Mirchi's "solve Su-Do-ku within 10 min." Contest. But, I always love solving kakuro more dan Sudoku :).

Anyways, ... happy surfing... and keep hitting in here :)))

Trip to A'bad - Pune

Marriage: the most important and wonderful thing after birth to happen to the individual !!
One of my best friend and roommate for past so many years, and a wonderful person, Amit decided to tie the knot ASA he saw preeti in arranged function.
Result : we were summoned in no time to attend his marriage on 16th June.. and WE WERE THERE !!
The journey which started from home at 6:30PM in Bangalore on 14th night ended at 10 PM the next day in A'bad. The journey covered in Rick to Train to Bus to Rick again !! :P:D
I clicked loads of pics in d journey and that was the sole reason I loved my journey and wasn't that tired after 28 hours of cont. journey compared to Shuchi who accompanied me.
We got ready in an hours time and went to attend the Sangeet Program and dinner at the wedding venue.

Everybody is in dancing mood in the Sangeet Program.

It was a pleasant meet with him after such a long time, and also got to meet all d juniors from college who came to attend his wedding. Nice meet !!
Ppl were still in mood and were dancing to the popular tunes and DulheRaaja too joined them. ( He is very sporty in that manner )
The next day, clicked all-d-way smiling DulheRaja, attended his Baarat, danced a lil... and overall N'joyed the marriage and left A'bad at the stroke of 12 in d night for Pune.

A Smiling DulheRaja...

Mere yaar ki shaadi hai.. naachana to banataa hai

Tied for Eternity.

Wish Shuchi's family, Prasad's father and newly Wed.

Reached Pune early in d morning, its the same as it was a year before when I left Pune. Not a single thing changed. Even the potholes on the roads are at the same location. We called the friend where we were supposed to go. His cell was OFF. Called his roomie, he was away too. Called my friend again on his other number, (5:30AM in d morning), his brother picked it up and told me that the Friend is also at his native place, Nashik, and now sleeping. All in his home tried to wake him up, but the newly-wed Friend refused to get up from his bed ;). So, we were outside his flat ... restless... trying to find a place for freshning ourselves :(

Then I called my other friends living nearby, (They too were in dead sleep.. and Vishwas (Rahul's Roomie) answered only after calling them continuously for 4-5 times). At Rahul's place, spend time for couple of hours, went to one of other friends from there to collect his bike *CBZ* for the day for me. Then called Bhau *Ulhaas*. It was nice meeting him.. and felt great hearing that he is a proud father now :))) Had * Poha* (Such a huge break from Uttapa/Idli/Wada sambaar) in a breakfast. Had two... as I knew I can't have it again in near future :((.

Then... The journey started to meet other friends in town. My lil sis is there, so first went to meet her in Deccan. Picked her up and went to Shri's ( He is currently in US..after his MS, working) place staightaway. His mother and father welcomed me, and it was very nice to talk to them after such a long time. Then took my sis to some other places and dropped her back to her hostel to meet to other friends. Called Prashant (and asked him to call otehrs) to CrossWord at 12. By that time, went to Kirti's place to meet her (as she had to go out and couldn't come to crossword). Thnx for the cold water she served in such a hot weather of Pune !! After half an hour and lotsa gupshup at her place, I said saayonara to her and left for CrossWord. 12 ka 1 ho gaya.. and still Sango aka Prashant ya kisi aur ka koi pataa nahi :( ( Prashant never keeps his time and I hate to wait for latecomers :x ). By the time, I went in crossword and checked some books, refreshed myself. I love Pune's crossword more than Bangie's. It was nice when I seen Sango after such a long time. Same smiling person, same excuse of traffic for being late.. !! We TPed at Crossword, clicked some pics.. called some other frends... and so came Ritesh, Sachin, Dinesh, Tushar. We moved to "Durga", a spot famous for its Egg-Bhurjee and Cold coffee. Thts the best hangout place in Kothrud, had 2 cold coffees for myself as I miss it a lot. called Prashant, who is in India currently. He also came, felt so nice to meet old classmate after such a long time. Then, it was already past 2 and I need to go back, pack my bags and leave for Airport. So, after that, I tata-byed all... and left for my place. An hour of TP at home with Rahul and frends... and den back on d way to Airport :))
He he he... On Airport, I met my best senior,Prashant (who ragged me in my FE Engg.), surprised a lot when he introduced me to his better half !! He promised me (or I made him promise me.. same diff u c :P) dinner at his place, I m still waiting ;))

The journey Ended within a couple of hours and we were back to Bangie... !!

Poora hai chaand falak pe...

The last sunday was a FULL MOON's night !!
I went crazy to catch the beautiful moonlit sky and the moon. But alas !! My 4x zoom camera with its 3x digi. zoom dint offer me much :(. Still managed, some clicks. Here for u :))

I even called one of my friend who likes ChandaaMaama, the most. But, her cell phone was with her fiancee, so couldn't reach her :(. And, the other day, I heard every friend of mine asking the same Question to each other, did u witness y'days b'ful night? So was it, the most b'ful moonlit night EVER !! I think the moon was much closer to earth and appeared bigger than its normal size. Did u witness that?

1. Sunset radiating its beauty on the clouds giving them the golden outlay !!

2. Full Moon along with the clouds. It was more b'ful dan seen here :)

3. A different setting, But same moon !!

4. Chaand bhi ajeeb cheez hai. Bachpan me mama nazar aata hai.. and jawaani me mehboob !!

5. A Distant ... pic !!

===========
Inside the flat, we were cooking chicken for my friends whom I called over to my place for Dinner with drinks ;). Heres all the preparation went into making it a biggg parttyy !!!

Sach Mere Yaar Hai, Bas Wohi Pyaar Hai ...

Music : PanchamDA.
Singer : SP Balsubramaniam
=============
The song starts with the music piece which is enough to convey
the audience that its a sad song in offer. The two stanzas given below, touches the heart.
And the best part is the way SP's voice has that *SAD* effect in the song.
He sung the song from his Heart (Precisely *a Broken Heart*)... and
If you are seeing the song, let me know if Kamal can't make u cry
for the intensity of his love in his eyes, a Loser who is just failed to get his love !!

No Doubt, this song and the movie is wonderful, b'ful !!
===========

But, it seriously make me think, what made Kamal sacrifice his life for
a love which was never his?
He loved, cared for someone who was least bothered about that and
in d process lost his life. Sad !!
Why couldn't Dimple ever thought that there is someone just beside her
who love her more than the new stranger she just met :( ?
Kamal could have gone away from her life and could have found
someone more better deserving for him (*may be*), but he stayed and :-(
==================

Sach Mere Yaar Hai, Bas Wohi Pyaar Hai
Jiske Badle Mein Koi To Pyaar De
Baaqi Bekaar Hai, Yaar Mere....

Jis Haath Mein Ik Haath Hai
Us Haath Ki Kya Baat Hai
Kya Manzilein Kya Faasle
Ik Humsafar Gar Saath Hai
Jiski Qismat Koi Yoon Sanvaar De
Vo Hi Dildaar Hai, Yaar Mere....

Sunte The Hum Yeh Zindagi
Gham Aur Khushi Ka Mel Hai
Humko Magar Aaya Nazar
Yeh Zindagi Voh Khel Hai
Koi Sab Jeete Sab Koi Haar De
Apni To Haar Hai, Yaar Mere....

Thnx To Sweety, for sending the song, in advance :)

My Mysore Trip !!

1. The Bangalore-Mysore Road. Anybody inn for a bike ride on this road on any of the coming weekends?? [:)]

2. The Shrirangapattanam Temple. As always, crowded. Its one of those old monuments which still stand tall !! :))) The archetectural work is too good !!

3. Mysore Palace : No. 1 Palace in the world, 1 hour was not sufficient to see this marvellous structure, constructed for 15 years at teh cost of 27 lakhs around 1915. Mysore King hired one Civil Engr. from London for this civil excellance to build.

4. Temple at Chamudi Hills: At some 3K height from sea level, its a b'ful journey to the Hills. Nice place which gives a better view of Mysore from atop.

5, This Mahishasura was killed by the Godess Chamundi. Outside the temple, MahishaSura Looks so dashing, no?? :P:D

6. Mom feeding Prasadam to a roadside cow.

7. Some kind of ... I dunnoo.. wht was dat.. outside temple. Religious India .. u c :P:D

8. Clouds but no rain is the best weather to step into the arms of mother nature. Clicked while going atop Hills.

9. Mysore City with all greenery around and skyfull of clouds to make it more B'ful !!

10. Proof that all other pics are clicked by me. Myself, in front of the temple.

11. The two towers: Ohh no.. not Lord of D Rings series. This Peaceful and silent church in the heart of Mysore is also a major tourist attraction. :))

12. Brindavan Garden in(or better called outside) Mysore. B'ful landscaped garden which is famous for its muscial fountains, is the biggest tourist attraction.

13. Trying to catch the dancing fountains.

Overall, I found Mysore a too good irrestible tourist stop. Get a break.... and be there for a while !!

Fanaa.. in Love !!

Fanna...meaning destroyed (in love)
The songs are just awesome........
Thanks to SweetHeart, for sending those beautiful songs on Friday as soon as she got it.
And since then, to this time, I am not spending a moment without listening/singing to these tunes.

I spent the entire saturday just listening these b'ful songs.. singing along ( which I love the most)...
volume to the max... and the feeling of love inside for her !!
You get immersed into songs if you get ur emotions attached to the song !!
Thts wht happened to me.. my roomie was all bugged up.. I dropped all d plans of going out... delayed my bath to evening... skipped lunch/breakfast e'thing !!
The only thing was listing to songs of Fanaaaaa........ !!!

Chaand sifarish jo karataa humaari.. deta woh tumko bata...
Mere haath me tera haath hai...
Dekho na...
Chanda chamke..

all songs are too good... specially first two !! :))))

Busy in listening to songs all day long [:P:D]

My Singapore Trip

I have just been to Singapore (The beautiful and Loveliest City I ever visited).
Though I studied a lil before going and once reached in Singapore, spent all my time ( just 4 days) travelling within the city and walking around the main famous spots fot shopping and all.

1. Money Money Maney !!
Sab isake aage peeche hi daud rahe hai... and Dollars are always in demand, u c !! [:P]

2. Those who have seen the Heaven are always clouded and all that in Mahabharat and Ramayana, heres a glimpse thru my window from Airplane !!

3. Singapore City in d morning, from Atop !!

4. My Plane from inside. (Dunno Why, but there always a looooooongggg Q for a single restroom that all these ppl share [:P] )

5. Singapore Airport (The best !!)
International Airport ho to aisa ho... ki bass !!

6. Travellators and Elevators help u walk as little as U can through the real Biggggg Singapore Airport !!

7. Fountain inside the Airport. The interior decoration and maintenance of such a big facility is really admirable !!

8. This Airport has two terminals and theres a SKY Train to travel between these two terminals if you don't want to walk down a little.

9. I found this "Out of walls" class teaching interesing !! Madam(so b'ful na) teaching her Nanhe-Munhe students !!

10. Sentosa Island: Major tourist attraction in Singapore. It consumes teh full day with two many things two see around the island. It has its own buses to roam around between different points of island. A Very very well managed place. This is a beach View where I ahve been. Pic taken from the "southermost point of Asia Continent" !!

11. I have been to Dolphins Show and it was good... some lucky few audinces got a chance to get close to dolphins [:P]

12. (Above Ground) MRT Railway Station. Please dont stand crossing that Yellow Line. and Everybody follows the notice [:)]
Singapore is also known as the Fine City for its huge fines for any rule-breaking!!

13. (UnderGround ) MRT Station : Inside View. The strategically placed signboards make ur life a lot lot easier. And u dont spend time in asking "bhaai saahab, ye area kahan hai.. and kaise jaana hai??"

14. Singapore City from Atop the Tower. Click on d image for a better magnified view.

15. Singapore Houses.... cute and spacious and greenery around !!

16. Spacious Roads makes driving a fun. But be careful from camera zones before speeding up that accelerator. I dint hear a single horn in 4 days of stay there of which maximum time spent roaming around. Too Cool, aint it?

17. It rains everyday there, but drainage system is such that U wont find a water lakes/potholes on d roads. Shot taken from inside my office.

18. Around my Office Campus View. IBM/Honeywell, and otehr big companies have offices there. Most of the structures are made up of Glass, So it just looks b'ful. And this weather adds to the colors !! [:)]

19. B'ful landscapes on the roads makes the journey just N'joyable !!

20. Boat Quay Area. Its not a river actually. The sea water comes into the city backwards and there they developed this Boat Quay area. Nice restaurents around and good hangout place.

21. I liked the snap and teh building.

22. Ministry of Sound, currently the best pub in the City. I danced here till morning and then directly went to hotel and dereafter to office. Still, dint feel like I was tired. Thats the kind of environment and feel u get out of this pub !! N'joyed to the fulll here !!!!!!!!

23. The pic was taken at 11:30 and it was as good as empty by that time. After midnight, there wasn't a place to set ur foot f'get to walk around and move for beers around the bar. But.. its just classic experience !!

24. OK, I have been to an aquarium too. heres a shark for u. I found lotsssa Marathi ppl around there and felt like home when I met an old couple who was from hometown Nanded !!

25. Cancer : Dunno.... but mera unase kabhi dhang se jamataa hi nahi !!
