Trip to Hebbe Falls !!
Hebbe falls and Kemmangundi, residing to west of bangalore and around 300Km from here are famous as a honeymoon spot. Lotsa greenery, landscaped gardens and long long silver oak wood jungle make it a real beauty to watch out and ideal hill station destination for couples.
We made a quick decision on friday night for the trip and left banagalore on saturday night after dinner.
The journey started with all josh... masti in d van ... dancing ... singing all d fun until the driver fumed at us to stop all this in d van as he got irritated by banagalore traffic and to add to it, we were the dancing in d van like madd!! Anyways, we reached a village near to Kemmangundi at around 3:30 and it was too early and bad road to go to the place. So, parked our van outside one medical store and thought of sleeping for sometime there in d van. But, All tp and no sleeping, also made happy the medical shop owner by buying lotsa cadburys from him at such an odd hour [:P]. Re-Started the journey to Kemmangundi and reached there by 5:30am. Nobody was awake there at the guest house, nothing was visible till the sun started rising slowly, the nature around was looking beutiful, all bathed in the golden sunrays.

This is the site of the place from the rooftop of the guest house.
Got refreshed ourselves there in d guest house where one of us f'got his wallet in d restroom (change f'got to lost/stolen), just for kahaani me twist and a lil panic amongst us. But, we were soon normal and headed towards the hebbe falls now. Van reached to the midpoint and d rest of the journey was to be done by walking all d way to falls. The journey started gr8 and soon we divided into the parts depending on how fast/slow we were walking. It was a lovely/dusty/long walk to falls thru jungle. The constant background noise of falls made us feel like we are always near to it (later we found out that this noise is from small streams and small waterfalls on d way).

Ok, here I found one love-making couple in d jungle red handed!!
We walked thru lotsa red dust until our shoes had all d coatings of red. We crossed few streams where we need to remove the shoes and rest of d journey bare-foot. It was fun. I even spotted one elphant on d way. Anyways reached falls soon, bathed there for around an hour under fall. Posing naked (not literally) under fall for camera, is so much fun.. [:P] and we all were like enjoying it like heaven. some got bruised on slippery rocks and hurt themselves too. But then, lifes all about enjoying the moments and not bothering about the small small accidents.
Too good a trip... must been a lifetime of journey where we hardly slept for saturday and still felt so much refreshed at the end of teh journey!!!
Thnx to our driver, he knew about this place and where to go and where to stay for how much time, so it helped a lot, too!! and Thnx to Karthick for translating drivers tamil to our hindi [:P] and planning this trip out. Thnx to all who made it to the trip thru their busy schedules of work and burdon. But afterall, its so releiving to go outta city traffic and back into the arms of nature!!! Certainly better than hanging out at same old forum/MG/Brigade and dining to those costly tasteless restaurents !!
